Want to make a difference in the life of a blind person? The Guide Dogs for the Blind Davis Puppy Raising Club in Yolo County is looking for a few good raisers. No experience is necessary; all training is provided locally by puppy club volunteers. Can't commit 12-14 months to raising a puppy? You might start a puppy for 2-3 months or finish raising a "transfer" pup. Puppy sitters are also needed to assist current raisers. Interested? Drover is a male yellow lab born 1/20/24 to Jace and Osaka. Welcome, Drover! Jericho Recalled for Training Male yellow labrador retriever, Jericho, returned to San Rafael for formal training. Jericho was raised by Lindsay. Best of luck Jericho! Great job, Lindsay! Welcome Malloy Male yellow lab/golden cross Malloy has come to our club at 12 weeks of age. Born October 1, 2023 to Kip/Niobe, he is being raised by Remy and Cassie. What a cutie!

Guide Dog Graduations Attending a graduation ceremony at Guide Dogs for the Blind is one of the best ways to get acquainted with the program. Puppy raisers say goodbye to their graduating dogs, and the graduating class members return to their homes and families with new partners by their sides. Graduations are held on Saturdays at 1:30 pm PT. If you can't attend in person, you can watch them live streamed on our YouTube page. Our YouTube channel also features past graduations in case you missed one and want to catch up.	Club Donation Are you interested in supporting our Guide Dog puppy raising efforts?
